Payroll accountant

Our client, a large manufacturing company, is looking for a qualified candidate to fill the position of 

Payroll accountant                                                                                                                                      Location: Lviv region

Requirements:

• A university degree;
• Experience managing the payroll accounting process for at least 500 employees;
• Intermediate English (spoken and written);
• Practical experience working in an Accounting ERP system
• Experience managing a small team will be a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Calculate employees wages, taxes and other payroll related deductions;
• Create spreadsheets to pay wages to employees;
• Consult employees on wages and deductions;
• Process sick leaves and documents for the social security fund;
• Develop statistical and labor reports to relevant authorities;
• Create regular unified reports (ЄСВ, ПДФО, ВЗ);
• Control withholding of all types of deductions.
• Prepare internal and HR reports.
