Junior recruiter (Lviv)

Company "Dutchstar" is looking for Junior recruiter (+ we are ready to hire a student). Dutchstar offers challenging job in a young & ambitious English-speaking team. In this role you will constantly recruit new staff, filter them via interviews, introduce final candidates to the HRs for the last check. We give you the opportunity to learn and develop yourself in the sphere of recruiting. 

Salary: 

• 10 000 UAN/month + bonus system

Work scheldue:

•  5 days per week 10:00-19:00/ 9:00-18:00 with 1 hour lunch break 
•  Full-time job 
• You can work remoutly due to the situation in Ukraine 

Requirements:

• English language skills- B1-B2 level (It's is a must!)
• Good general computer skills

Duties:

• Post job advertisements 
• Manage the mailbox, by categorizing and filtering incoming CVs.
• Make phone calls to candidates.
• Schedule interviews.
• Work with CV datebase.
• Sharing positive vibes at the office.
