В международную компанию требуется Sr. Technology Support Engineer. Удаленная работа. Зарплата 1200 USD в месяц.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 3 years in previous Technology Support role 
• ability to independently learn a new product or tool and present your findings
• strong problem solver with the with the ability to research solutions, analyze data and present solutions
• make thoughtful decisions and can back it up with rational reasoning or data
• previous experience documenting technical solutions
• english fluency
• 
  
• Experience with
  • eCommerce platforms
  • ERP
  • Help Desk Solutions (FreshDesk, ZenDesk, ServiceDesk, ServiceNow, etc...)
  • Basic scripting knowledge (bash or python) 
  • REST API usage experience

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Internal Help Desk & Technology Support for internal MTM internal:
  • triage Help Desk tickets and provide L1 - L2 technology support for internal teams
  • software installation instructions and guidance
  • software access requests
  • new software sign-up and initial setup
  • document support procedures and processes as required
  • create 'training artifacts' by gathering URLs, creating screen recordings, instructions
  • maintain support portal
  • generate monthly report
  • run technology workshops and knowledge sharing sessions (in Russian and some English)                                               Operational support for internal teams
  • triage technology issues related to products not fulfilled or shipped
  • support questions regarding ERP platform
  • assist with functional testing of new products
  • software exploration and prototyping
