Network Administrator

N-iX is looking for a Network Administrator to join our professional team at System administration Department.

Duties:

• Installs and configures network-related software and hardware
• Supports network servers and technology tools
• Supports users network-related requests 
• Monitors performance and maintains network systems and services according to requirements 
• Troubleshoots network hardware and/or software issues and outrages to assure operational availability 
• Keeps internal documentation updated
• Supports end-user documentation, FAQs, and user guides
• Provides feedback on commonly encountered problems to enhance  user documentation and/or training programs

Requirements:

• Education: college or university
• Experience: 2+ years of system administration, or other relevant experience
• Flexible, analytical skills, patience and an eye for details
• English: intermediate or higher 

Special knowledge:

• OS: Unix/Linux
• Network technologies: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, L2 switching - strong knowledge
• Hardware: network hardware (switches, APs, NGFW)
