Onboarding, Support Manager

We’re looking for an onboarding and support manager! 

We have been developing the it-platform for food delivery for more than 5 years. A lot of well-known brands in Ukraine already use the Dots Platform. And now we plan to enter new markets (USA, UK). So, we’re looking for an onboarding and support manager.

What we expect from you:

• at least 1 year of experience as a support manager/onboarding manager;
• an ability to deal with difficult technological It-products;
• an ability to ask the right questions and find out the key problems of clients;
• clearly and fluently speaking Ukrainian and English;
• perfect written Ukrainian and English;
• being a team player and working for the result.

Key responsibilities:

• full-time distance work;
• onboarding of new customers;
• support of the current customers in chats.
