REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Excellent people management skills
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Experience in retention, risk management, and succession planning
  • Experience in maintaining and developing corporate culture
  • Experience in employee motivation and providing mental health support
  • Work experience as a People Partner, HR business partner, or related position
  • Upper-intermediate level of English

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintenance and development of corporate culture
  • Consulting employees on career development, company policies, and procedures
  • Employee relationship management, support in solving conflict situations, facilitation
  • Development of systemic mental health programs at the workplace (stress, burnout, resilience, mindfulness)
  • Retention and risk management. Monitoring of the team and employees morale inside teams to identify and prevent risks (dismissal, professional burnout, conflicts, etc.)
  • Supporting people at every stage of the employee lifecycle (interviewing process, salary review, rotation, retention, exit interview, relocation)
  • Succession planning. Create favorable conditions for the development of all the competencies and directions of the office
  • Determination of goals, priorities, and duties of employees, and organizing their motivation along with the TA Department

AS A PLUS:

  • Psychology or similar degree
  • Participating or/and leading mental health coaching programs
  • Experience working in an IT company
