Associate Project Manager

Wallet Factory is inviting talented professionals to join our challenging and dynamic projects. This position is one of the key roles in the SDLC process. It requires a high level of expertise and management skills.

Requirements

- Proactive project position

- Experience in FINTECH — must have!

- Experience in working with international partners, clients;

- Knowledge and experience in applying Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Safe);

- Planning and organization of teamwork processes;

- organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills;

- Excellent communication skills — within the IT team, with other departments; companies, with external customers and partners, experience in resolving conflicts;

- The ability to correctly formulate your thoughts;

- Leadership skills;

- Fluent English level.

It will be a plus:

- Previous QA/BA engineer experience

- Experience in Quality Management (PMBOK ch.6)

Responsibilities:

- product meets the client's expectations;

- design project documentation;

- manage meeting notes and meeting minutes.

- scope planning (weekly,): scope for each month should be created, negotiated and approved with the Client;

- organization of work of the team according to the necessary tasks;

- tracking the status of the project, the progress of the tasks;

- team motivation;

- problem solving;

- reporting (weekly, monthly): scope of delivered features should be reported, negotiated and approved with the Client
