Talent Manager

Job Summary

The Talent Manager position presents a great opportunity to work in a worldwide game dev company. Requirements:

• 1+ year of working experience within the HR sphere in IT;
• Experience with main stages of the employee’s life cycle (onboarding & adaptation, performance reviews,  conflict solving, off boarding);
• Intermediate English is a must (verbal and oral);
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Result-oriented team player;
• Capable to generate ideas and have a great desire to implement new approaches to communication and internal HR processes.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with team members on any HR-related issues;
• Guide and advice line managers on any problem with the team (communication, satisfaction, burnout);
• Organize and support of such HR services (excluding recruitment) to the teams as performance reviews, feedback sessions, and exit interviews;
• Conduct 1:1 meetings with employees and monitoring their satisfaction and potential risks;
• Cooperate with HR and Admin team;
• Assist managers and employees in conflict management;
• Take part in the development and improvement of HR processes and procedures.
