IT Specialist/ IT Cпециалист (с.Почуйки, outsourced position)

Bayer Ltd, a leading multinational company, is opening a position of IT B-level support  (outsourced position)  located in Pochuyki

Major tasks and responsibilities: 

• Being the interface between the IT Ecosystem and the local Business/site;
• IT process guidance for the local Business-Facilitator between strategic partners and local users;
• IT Asset management (server, switches, routers, network equipment)
• Landline telephony management (incl. Fax)
• Telephony contract consultancy (good knowledge of the local market circumstances)
• possible technical support for smaller and ad hoc events
• Participation in various IT project activities
• Creation of IT documentation (incl. Infrastructure, cabling plans,etc)
• Smart Hands support + Infrastructure Services Hands on
• Local language support (translation of user demands from local language to English and vice versa, supporting the user to create tickets in English language, dealing with those tickets during its lifecycle)
• All kind of IT improvement processes
• Active engagement in ticket monitoring 
• Risk assessment regarding access management (Folders, Sharepoint, SAP, PRIMA, etc)
• CCTV, video surveillance, physical access control-Basic IT Consultancy
• Fulfilling local legal IT requirements (e. g. data backup to external hard discs, safe-keeping)

Requirements:

• Higher education (IT/ technical); 
• Min 2 years of relevant experience on IT Generalist position;
• Users support experience, client-orientation; 
• Good knowledge of Win10, iOS-Good knowledge in IT Hardware;
• English - upper intermediate;
