Needl is a cloud-based, AI platform that offers a single unified view of all your unstructured data along with a host of data processing and collaboration services.
We are looking for a writer who can help us with product specific marketing - for social media, case studies, website content, landing pages etc.
Your primary focus will be on crafting compelling content to appeal to a developer audience across channels, with a deep focus on understanding user intent, product features, and the general market. The role also requires working with multiple other teams such as Product Marketing, Design, and Engineering to drive results.
Responsibilities:
As a Technical Content Writer, you will be in charge of creating high-quality content across channels, including our support hub, blogs, website, emails, ad copies, social media and landing pages. To succeed in this role, you’ll need to be an expert at using words to reach, engage, and convert, and tying the performance of your content to metrics.
- Collaborate with teams across Needl including Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales to create high-quality, relevant content.
- Develop content that resonates with our core audiences.
- Work along with the digital marketing team to create marketing collaterals including blogs, presentations, product support documents, website, social media content, ad copy, etc.
- Optimize content using SEO best practices.
- Suggest for visual content (Visual version of a concept, strategy, or idea like pictures, diagrams, charts, infographics, etc.) in articles to make information easily understandable.
- Conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic.
- Identify needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics.
- Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images, and tone) wherever required.
Requirements:
Basic understanding of SEO, Keyword Optimization and User Experience
• At least 3 - 5 years of experience writing content for the web
• At least 1-2 year of experience writing content for technical audiences
• Any experiences of writing for a SAAS technology company will be an added advantage
You must have
• Excellent writing skills (Added points if you have a blog/ podcast)
• Proficient in the use of MS office.
• Ability to think critically and analyze different aspects of a concept
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams
