International start-up company with offices in Germany and Bulgaria is looking for a skilled Admin / Sales Assistant who will be able to provide support to the SageData team (www.sagedata.net) in a proactive and timely manner. We are really a small team (less then 10 persons) and this is a great opportunity for ambitious personality willing to get closer to sales and ready to interact with clients apart of managing administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Assist our team by being the point of contact for some communication (phone, email).
- Duties may also include interfacing with clients - research suppliers and companies who can fill our requirements for various services
- Pay attention to detail and organize processes
- Creative, independent, problem-solving thinking, can-do attitude is required
- Represent the executive in their absence by attending meetings and taking notes
- Assist other employees with general tasks, hardware ordering, research etc.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience working as an Assistant or in a similar position preferred
- High school degree
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail
- Tech-savvy and acquainted with office management procedures
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
