Remote Call Center Operator at American Bus Company

Salary:

$350-500 per month for part-time junior

$800-1500 per month for senior

Depends on experience and customer service. If you don’t lose customers and take good care of them, you will be higher.

Requirements: 

• Native English speaker
• Laptop
• Smartphone
• Female 

We work both: smartphone + laptop only. You can’t work only with smartphone or only with laptop.

Work conditions: 

• 100% Remote work
• Flexible shift. You can work 1 or 2 or 3 or 4 or 5 or 6 or 7 days a week

Responsibilities: 

• Accept incoming calls from customers
• Manage bus bookings in our CRM

Working shift:

Each of our employees decides how many days and hours to work. We will work with you to arrange a schedule that is convenient for you and hire more people if we need to fill the missing hours.

Training:

I will send a video tutorial on how to work with our CRM. After that, you will start accepting calls to get some experience. So as soon as you understand how our CRM system works and how to do bus bookings — training is finished. I guess it will be 1-2 weeks that also are paid.
