Legal advisor

We have an office in Odesa, but search a legal advisor around Ukraine

Requirements:

Required professional background and skills:

• University Degree in Law, with excellent academic results
• Excellent knowledge of International corporate law 
• Native speaker of Ukrainian and Russian 
• Perfect command of English, one of the Swiss languages will be a big plus (German, French or Italian) 
• 3-5 years of professional experience in corporate and commercial, tax or banking, and finance 
• Strong analytical, legal writing, communication, and research skills 
• Responsible and result-oriented 
• Ability to learn and to work hard in a highly professional team 
• Outstanding communication skills 
• Flexibility 
• Biometric passport for business trips to Europe

Responsibilities:

• Checking international documents: agreements, POA, etc.
• Documentation preparation based on templates but with specific changes 
• Participation in different projects in corporate and commercial, banking and finance, Due Diligence, Providing compliance, 
• Negotiation with clients and supporting colleagues
