Product:

Amazon has moved trade online. Our team has set an equally ambitious goal - to move services online.

Position Summary:

The Сopywriters manager's main task in our team is to ensure the stable and constant publication of high-quality content on our sites and prepare PR publications for placement on external web resources.

These will be materials about our product and informative "how-to" articles on different technical topics. The target audience is non-technical users who are googling how to solve technical issues they face. 

A basic understanding of SEO is essential, as the core purpose of the content you will be responsible for is to drive organic traffic from search engines.

 
What You Will Do:

– Search for high-quality English-speaking copywriters;

– Set tasks for copywriters to create texts according to the terms of reference from the SEO or Marketing specialists;

– Proofread and improve texts;

– Create PR materials;

– Write product materials;

– Select visual materials for the articles (photos, graphics, screenshots, other images) together with the Designer;

– Estimate cost and production time for each written project and present it to management. 

– Maintain the financial process to ensure each completed task of your remote copywriter team was paid. 

– Stay in touch with copywriters using email, phone, WhatsApp, or other messengers to answer any questions they have, help them complete their tasks, and prevent failures to meet deadlines on our projects; 

– Improve materials that are already posted on the site to make sure they remain relevant and perform well;

– Work closely with Marketing, SEO and Analytics team;

– Find opportunities to enhance sites content, automate some activities and continuously improve the process;

– Manage storage vault of all items related to content (draft and final texts, images and videos, references, sources lists, and any other notes) in the cloud;

– Maintain a Google Interactive Sheet of all Copywriters and the content they are working on.

What Will Make You Our Perfect Candidate:

– 2+ years of experience as Editor and Copywriters manager;

– Experience working with SEO / Marketing teams;

– Familiarity with tools and processes needed to conduct ongoing content testing and optimization;

– C1 or C2 level of English. Fluent English communication skills is a big advantage;

– Result focus and action-orientation;

– Experience in writing press releases;

– Familiarity with some of the following tools: Advego Plagiatus, text.ru, copyscape.com, etc.

– Understanding of the site ecosystem (CMS, Analytics, SEO, Performance marketing) is a plus.
