Now we are searching for the ambitious and energetic remote Technical Support Manager to join our team.

About You: 

“How to set up my Mac?”, “Help me retrieve my Gmail password, please.”, “I can’t connect my laptop to a TV!” — these are typical questions you will deal with every day.

Our customers are non-technical people who want to get clear guidance on how to solve their technical issues. They subscribe to our product to get prompt and friendly answers to their questions. Our perfect candidate is a patient person who can find a common language with anyone and truly enjoys helping others. 

We expect him or her to have at least one year of experience in a Customer Support position and working knowledge of help desk software such as Zendesk. 

Most of our customers are English-speaking people, so your level of English should be Upper-Intermediate or Advance. 

As this is a remote position, we expect you to manage yourself, establish attainable deadlines and meet them. 

Understanding of computer hardware and software systems, working with Windows and macOS, knowledge of popular online services (Gmail, Netflix, etc.), and certification in relevant computer technology or software will be a great advantage.

— Conduct user research and offer the working solutions based on it;
