This opportunity is for you if you have/are :
Fluency in English with no accent;
B2B Customer support experience;
Strong technical acumen;
Strong analytical skills, problem solving skills, and resourcefulness.
At least 2+ years of experience in a Customer Success Management or Technical Account Management role;
Experience working with development teams;
Familiarity working with clients of all sizes, especially large enterprise organizations;
You have proven experience to help you navigate through difficult client conversations and come to a satisfactory resolution;
You have strong presentation skills and credibility with audiences of all levels;
Customer service experience and strong communication skills.
Will be a great plus:
Experience of living in English-speaking countries.
Experience in the Software Industry will determine quick ramp-up and early success.
Basic knowledge of SQL — will be a plus!
Responsibilities:
Provide ’office-hours’ support each week day from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm.;
One day a week provide ’office-hours’ support from 4:00 pm to 12:00 pm (evening shift);
Resolve support issues received from customers via email, live chat, and calls;
Become a product expert and collect best practices for publishing in our knowledge base;
Aid customer teams in exposing program value to their organization;
Proactively contact customers to secure customer success and to collect feedback;
Introduce customers to new features as they are continuously released;
Capable of working independently and developing relationships with customers, partners, internal team members and other related stakeholders
Gather product feedback and share it with relevant internal teams
Report issues to the developer team for further resolution.
