Product Designer

Tasks:

• Participate and contribute to discovery, prototyping, design, development, testing and continuous product improvement 

• Explore and discover User Flow gaps and inconsistency and improve them

• Constant UX/UI improvement

• Design and execute intuitive interactions and visuals

• Find and implement best practices

• Interpret and implement user research data

• Negotiate and explain proposed solutions and user experience data

• Implement iterative approach for a quick testing of ideas and hypotheses 

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of proven experience in a UX Designer / Product Designer role

• User research experience (interviewing, polls)

• Ability to implement requirements into usable and clean designs

• Experience in validating design solutions using qualitative and quantitative methods.

• Understanding of interface design processes and frameworks

• Contribute to our user testing methodologies and practices

• Data driven design approach + Strong understanding of User Centered Design methods

• Have extensive experience in working with Figma

Good to have:

• Google Analytics, GTM, Google Optimize

• Digital marketing background

• Portfolio of completed Web projects

• Experience in working with personas, task analysis and scenario / story creation

• Previous experience of working in a product company will be a plus

What you will be doing:

• Working with engineers and Head of Product to achieve top-quality implementation

• Create and test prototypes

• Implement new user-friendly product features and improvements

• Setting hypotheses with a team, testing them, and converting to top-notch solutions

• Exploring users routine inside a product and designing the ways how to improve it and communicating them to engineers

• Analyze task requirements: understand business goals, user needs, and development opportunities

• Measuring the effectiveness of your decisions.
