Python/ PyQt девелопер

Canyon Development is looking for a Python/Qt developer to join our team. The company specializes in the development of products in the field of IoT technologies, devices in medicine, industry, and agriculture.

Requirements:

• experience on Python, PyQt;

• experience in developing desktop applications;

• experience with git, GitHub;

• English at Intermediate level and above.

Responsibilities:

• participation in the design of new functionality;

• development of new and improvement of existing functions, refactoring;

• participation in code review;

• studying the subject area and maintaining its understanding in the current state;

• if desired and provided sufficient knowledge of English, work with customer requirements, negotiate with customers;

About our project:

The product under development is designed to be Software as a Medical Device to run on standard off-the-shelf hardware as specified. These products represent a consolidated view of remote patients. It is expected to alarm and act as a patient monitor for existing Client’s Telemetry devices. 

This position requires a deep understanding of solid design and development practices and the ability to apply those to our product development. A key element of this role includes advocating for and designing products that meet the functional, performance, and cybersecurity needs of our customers. A strong systems approach to product development will be necessary for this role.
