Customer support manager
Responsibility
- Communication with VIP clients in English via email and messengers;
- Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients
- Retention and providing a high level of service for clients
- CRM maintenance.
Required skills
- Advanced written English is a must;
- 1+ years of experience in Support, VIP support, or Account/Retention Management in Igaming / forex / crypto;
- Experience in communicating via chats, letters, and phone.
- Experience retention of clients
Soft skills
- Showing empathy for customer problems is a big plus;
- Personal qualities — attention to detail, responsibility, punctuality, finding a personal approach
- Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot in a timely manner.
Will be a plus
- Experience in Support, VIP support, or Account/Retention Management in the gaming sphere will be a great benefit.
