Financial Controller

ENESTECH Software, subsidiary of TECHIIA Holding, is a dedicated developer of SENET — SaaS platform for automation of esports venues, gaming lounges, and cyber cafes. With the help of SENET, more than 1800 gaming venues worldwide (CIS, Europe, USA, Latin America) can control dozens of gaming computers and consoles remotely. We bet that cyber cafes in your neighborhood use SENET too! It restricts access to Windows, automatically tracks time of gaming, and turns off computers when the time is up. Moreover, it has tools to arrange gaming tournaments, to update games on all computers at once, to track all user activities in real time, and much more. ENESTECH engages a full in-house team for development, support, sales, and marketing of SENET. It’s an international crew that speaks 7 languages and knows everything about computer games.

We are growing our financial team and looking for a Financial Controller

What will you do?

• Deep-dive analysis of Company’s financial performance results;
• Participation in preparation and amendments to monthly \ quarterly budgets and BP models;
• Participation in preparation of monthly and YTD actual reports;
• Control and analysis of Company’s AR balances;
• Internal audit (verification and control) of sales \ marketing results and KPIs;
• Support of regular and ad-hoc data requests from management and other functions;
• Payment planning and financial flow management (without fundraising);
• Payment processing and controlling;
• Assistance in preparation \ aggregation of financial documents (invoices \ acts of services rendered \ agreements);
• Participation in centralized procurement processes;
• Communication with outsource CY \ VN \ USA consultants, accountants and bank representatives

Requirements:

• BS/MS degree in Finance, Economics, and other related fields;
• 3+ years of relevant experience;
• Experienced user of Excel and Power Point;
• Working level of English, both written and verbal.

Key expectations on probation:

• Take care of Enestech payments processing;
• Participate in preparation \ aggregation of financial documents for CY \ USA \ VN legal entities;
• Participate in CY audit process and CY \ USA \ VN Financial Statements preparation;
• Support and participation in Vietnamese company financial organization and setting up — consideration of payment processing, communication with consultants, banks, etc.
• Take care of Enestech Month-end closing process, be able to gather actuals data and assure its accuracy (with reasonable level of assurance);
• Participate in centralized procurement processes (control over budget execution).
