Talent Acquisition Specialist (for 6-month period)

This role will involve a high volume of multilingual and international recruitment (ECA region), for a wide range of different profiles (including Marketing, Corporate, Sales, Finance and Expansion).

You must be experienced and be able to work on multiple levels, both tactically and strategically in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have exceptional interviewing, communication and organizational skills and an ability to adapt at (very) short notice to changes in business requirements

Be a part of a team where you will:

• Work closely with Management to develop and execute sourcing strategies to increase candidate pipeline and meet overall recruiting goals
• Use several techniques (Internet sourcing, exploring niche boards, resume mining, print media, networking, LinkedIn, etc) to reach active and passive candidates for highly specific positions
• Review CVs and screen candidates coordinating further steps with Hiring Managers up until offer extension
• During high volumes, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will be involved in administration activities to support the recruitment process and will own the end to end process for specific requisitions
• Understand functional hiring needs, position specifications and search requirements to act as an expert/consultant to our managers
• Monitor, review and take action on the daily candidate applications, accurately screening against defined criteria

You have:

• Proven experience in recruiting under pressure to meet tight deadlines
• International sourcing experience is a must either in-house or recruitment agency
• Demonstrated understanding of the current employment situation in the markets that we operate (across [REGION])
• Demonstrated leadership and confidence - you will take ownership of the role and make it your own
• Proficiency with web-based recruiting systems, internet tools and direct sourcing methods (i.e. LinkedIn, Databases, Social Media, etc)
• Degree level qualification is desirable
