Trainee/Junior Support Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Users’ technical support – L1
• Performing ad-hoc and regular support tasks
• Help desk resolution and service desk delivery
• Support for customer issues such as solving usage problems and fulfilling service desk requests that need IT involvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technologies or related field
• Willing to develop as a Technical Support Engineer and Developer
• Ability to learn quickly
• Responsible approach to tasks
• Attention to details
• Pre-intermediate English
