Junior Deal Desk Analyst

We are looking for an Junior Deal Desk Analyst to join our Miratech Deal Desk team on a part-time basis. The candidate will work closely with the Sales Managers, Presales, Marketing, Legal, Sourcing and other departments. Miratech Deal Desk team is responsible for Business Process Optimization, Automation, Data Hygiene / Maintenance/ Governance.

**Responsibilities:

1. Dispatching of the requests on Deal Desk, assigning the tasks to the team members, tasks prioritizing.
2. Help with sales materials preparation (ppt, questionnaires, different kind of documents).
3. Help with updating CRM database.
4. Support of Sales and Presales activities/providing requested information.
5. Tracking deals and providing updates in times.
6. Document management / guiding through the approval process.

**Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills, experienced Excel and PowerPoint user
• Able to learn quickly and apply new knowledge
• Good team player, sociable
• Responsible and accurate, attentive to details
• As a nice to have - background in Sales or Finance or Law or IT
