Service Desk Engineer (IT Operational team)

Materialise is looking for a talented and proactive Service Desk Engineer (IT Operational team).

Responsibilities
• Support Global IT services on the level of 1st line of support;
• Responsible for managing SD queue (HEAT);
• Providing accesses to business applications;
• Limited functional support (application);
• Incident management;
• Service request management;
• Preparing manuals and filling the knowledge base.

Requirements
• 1+ years of experience in technical support;
• Knowledge of business application;
• Knowledge of ITSM (Information Technology Service Management) tools for registration tickets;
• Basics of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library);
• Knowledge of Microsoft applications;
• Experience in support teams;
• English: Upper – intermediate;
• Good communication skills;
• Customer-oriented and team player.

Will be a plus
• Preferred education field: Computer Science.
