In this role you will get to

• Review invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment
• Set invoices up for payment in a timely and accurate manner
• Monitors account balances and related financial activity
• Execute bank account reconciliation
• Track expenses and process expense reports
• Develops and maintains a filing system for financial information
• Assist with month end closing
• Provide supporting documentation for audits

Your skills and qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting, or related field;
• At least one year of experience in the same role;
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills;
• Thorough knowledge of 1C accounting software (Adobe Acrobat DC/Adobe - Photoshop 2020 is a plus but not a requirement)
• Excellent analytical and effective problem-solving skills;
• Excellent time management and organizational ability;
• Ability to multitask and meet constant deadlines;
• Strong work ethic with a positive, can-do attitude;
• Confidentiality in handling sensitive financial information;
• English level: Intermediate;
