In this role you will get to

• Perform invoice and general ledger data entry;
• Execute credit card and bank account reconciliation;
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions;
• Assist with month end closing;
• Provide supporting documentation for audits;
• Internal payment system maintenance;
• Act as back up of Accounts Payable accountant;
• Perform ad hoc analysis and reporting.

Your skills and qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or related field;
• At least one year of experience in the same role;
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills;
• Thorough understanding of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP);
• Excellent analytical and effective problem-solving skills;
• Excellent time management and organizational ability;
• Ability to multitask and meet constant deadlines;
• Strong work ethic with a positive, can-do attitude;
• Confidentiality in handling sensitive financial information;
• English level: Upper-intermediate;
