BAT UKRAINE IS LOOKING FOR A DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES BUSINESS ANALYST 

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES 

We are looking for a Digital Technologies Business Analyst, who will be responsible for CRM and data governance, including CRM administration, project management, business analysis, document flow and supplier management to lead the scope of the stream.

 WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR 

• Supporting Salesforce Sales Cloud CRM and related systems/processes.
• CRM incident handling & user support. 
• Salesforce Sales Cloud CRM enhancements management (requirements elicitation, backlog management, change request definition, acceptance testing).
• Digital marketing infrastructure development (functional and operational).
• Business analysis – business process documentation. Business, functional and user requirements. Risk management and project traceability. 
• You will be responsible for timelines, budgets, supplier relationship management and project management.  

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Understanding the business domain and specific problems that the software is targeting.
• Experience working within an iterative software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Previous experience of supporting a CRM System.
• Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
• Understanding of IT Infrastructure.
• Proven track record in successful using SQL. 
• Experience/Knowledge of SQL server analysis service and SQL server integration services.
• Upper – intermediate English
