Legal & Compliance Specialist (Treasury Department)

We are looking for an active and thoughtful professional who will strengthen our team in the Legal & Compliance Specialist (Treasury Department) role. This is a unique opportunity to develop your business development and problem-solving skills in leading IT company.

What you will do: 

• communicate with various counterparties and internal stakeholders regarding provision of documents;
• rack holding compliance changes and timely prepare analytical notices for the financial partners;
• assist Treasury team with internal reporting operations;  
• fill-in banking compliance forms and questionnaires;  
• operate with large scope of information and data;
• business correspondence;
• support and development of relationship with bank representatives; 
• getting the best terms of cooperation from partners.

Starter-kit needed to join the board: 

• at least 1 year of relevant work experience in international or top-tier Ukrainian IT/fintech/consulting companies or banks; 
• ability to analyze complex issues and spot hidden risks;
• level of English – Advanced: oral and written; 
• presentation and business correspondence skills;
• advanced Excel and MS Office knowledge;
• responsibility and readiness to act independently, willingness to learn and work;
• attention to details.
