Assistant manager

Abona is an international company that has been successfully presenting its own product on the market for 25 years. We are developing an ERP system that helps our clients to effectively manage their business.

Now we are looking for an Assistant manager with knowledge of English and German, who can also help the team with translations

As part of our team, you will perform the following tasks:

• Moderation meeting's tasks and roles for agenda
• Inform and control calendars and acceptance of participants
• Moderating meetings, tracking, time management
• Making meeting notes
• Control and check of presentations
• Reporting and gathering the feedbacks
• Helping the team with translations (ENG, DE)
• Office supply actions
• Organization of corporate events

For the successful completion of tasks, it is important to have:

• Work experience in a similar position at least 1 years
• Experienced PC user (MS Office Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to prioritize tasks: work with a large amount of information, structure information
• Organizational skills, ability to control and prioritize a large number of diverse tasks
• Excellent business writing and document handling skills
• English — Upper intermediate level
• German — Upper Intermediate level
