D365 CRM Consultant (ID:10952)

Infopulse Ukraine welcomes talented professionals to join our strategic project as a D365 CRM Consultant for an internal implementation of Infopulse Dynamics 365 CRM and Dynamics / Power Apps based products in any of our offices in Ukraine or remotely. 

Areas of Responsibility 

• Collect, analyze and clarify business requirements 

• Analyze user experience and challenges to introduce changes into system requirements 

• Conduct gap analysis of implemented system functionality 

• Participate in improving business processes together with business stakeholders 

• Develop user stories descriptions and acceptance criteria 

• Design solution based on the initial customer requirements 

• Organize and manage workshops between business and technical groups 

• Create a backlog in Azure DevOps and support actual status for the project work items 

• Prepare and conduct solution presentations 

• Assist in resolving operational issues with support service lines 

• Participate in the specification of developers’ tasks with a development team 

• Participate in Backlog / WBS definition and estimations with a delivery manager 

Qualifications 

• Basic business analysis skills 

• Strong system analysis skills (data model design, user stories / use cases definition) 

• Experience with configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 CRM / Dataverse 

• Good knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales solutions 

• Good knowledge of the concepts of application lifecycle management 

• Ability to work with tasks without intensive lead support 

• Ability to verify task estimations (user story/task level) suggested by developers 

• Ability to verify technical design suggested by developers 

Will be an advantage 

• Power Apps – Canvas, Power Automate, Portals 

• Knowledge of BPMN diagrams 

• Good knowledge of the capabilities, security and storage limitations of SharePoint Online 

• Expertise in Azure DevOps project management tools 

• Knowledge of Azure Integration Services/Integration scenarios 

• Knowledge of integration with ERP systems 

• Valid Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Apps certificates 

• Level of English – Intermediate (or any lower level with a strong willingness to improve)
