Collection Assistant

Infopulse Ukraine welcomes talented professionals to join our project as a Collection Assistant for our respectful client BICS in our Kyiv office.

Areas of Responsibility

As a Collection Assistant you will support collection’s team with payment and clearing activities. In addition, you will ensure the accuracy of customer balances and take all necessary actions to collect amounts to meet the due date:

• Schedule the payments upon collector's requests
• Take care of priority payment's list, schedule payments to the customers which meet payment's requirement
• Ensure timely allocation of payments according to the list of open invoices; request payment's breakdowns where needed, and provide control over any remittance details 
• Handle the Operator balance in SAP and prepaid balance (Topas) if applicable, reconcile the balances in in case of discrepancies
• Support collection team with netting proposals and accounts overviews
• Take care of dunning process and report
•  Report to the Collection Manager, support management with ad-hoc requests, support accounting team with audit documents 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• Excellent knowledge of English
• Ability to communicate clearly & tactfully in written as well as spoken communication
• Negotiation skills, ability to communicate well with other departments
• Ability to act with integrity and have a global mindset
• Any other foreign language is an advantage
