IT Department Administrator

Infopulse is currently looking for an IT Department Administrator to become a part of our IT Department in Kyiv office.

Areas of Responsibility

• Maintain necessary department documentation
• Prepare and process reports on department activities
• Participate in meetings, gather results, and proceed with action points
• Update content on the intranet
• Take part in ongoing projects, find, prepare, and analyse information on different ongoing and emerging activities

Qualifications

• 6+ months of successful experience in the position of personal assistant or a similar position (preferably in IT)
• MS/BS degree in computer sciences or similar education
• Upper Intermediate level of English (both spoken and written)
• Advanced literacy skills in Russian and Ukrainian
• Extensive knowledge of MS Office
• High level of attention to detail, responsibility, proactive attitude to problem solving
• Experience with MS SharePoint or other CMS will be a plus
