GlobalLogic Ukraine is inviting an Engineering Manager for Consumer&Commerce  to join its Kharkiv office.

Consumer&Commerce is one of GlobalLogic’s business verticals which actively grows. It includes: FinTech, eCommerce, Retail, Insurance, etc.

Massive pipeline of new business and opportunities needs active management and transformation of potential leads to bright Products under GlobalLogic’s management.

Requirements:

• We look for goal oriented person who has the following experience:

  • 5+ years of Project Management exeprience
  • Supervision and management of 25+ team members
  • Presales participation and leadership experience
  • Knowledge and practical implementation of Agile frameworks including scaling (LeSS / SAFe / Nexus / etc.)
  • Budget Management exepreince
  • Perfect communication skills (with a client and with a team)
  • Fluent English

• Nice to have:

  • Experience within Consumer&Commerce industry
  • Product Management skills

Responsibilities:

• Processing of incoming business pipeline (leading presales efforts within Engineering team)
• Estimation and preparation of proposals for client
• Establishing new project teams from scratch
• Active ramp-up staffing and collaboration with recruitment
• Organize continuous delivery process
• Reporting to customer and internally
• Meet customer’s expectations
• Provide delivery quality
• Customer negotiations
• Active participation and management of PoCs development
