GlobalLogic Ukraine is inviting a Senior Project Manager to join its Kyiv office.
GlobalLogic is a full-lifecycle product development services leader that combines chip-to-cloud software engineering expertise and vertical industry experience to help our customers design, build, and deliver their next-generation products and digital experiences.
We are looking for an ambitious and experienced Senior Project Manager to take over the Lab Head position for an existing Lab of 90+ engineers (and growing). Our client is one of the world’s largest independent advertising platforms.
Requirements:
- 6+ years overall industry experience required
- 3+ years of experience in large-scale project management or program management (50+ ppl)
- Experience in managing complex engineering projects, including relationship management, managing budgets, people development, etc
- Experience in direct communication with client management
- Strong charisma and energy to build the team and drive it to success, be a role model
- Fluent English (spoken and written), excellent communication and presentation skills
- Hands on experience in T&M outsourcing business model;
- Good grasp of modern SDLC methodologies and management principles/techniques
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, IT, or related fields
- Fulfilling commitments and willingness to show initiative
Responsibilities:
- Managing a team of 90+ engineers (one of GL strategic accounts)
- Responsible for performing complex engineering projects and successful delivery according to requirements (scope, quality, budget)
- HR performance: attrition, retention, engagement etc.
- Client relationship and customer satisfaction
- Financial performance: revenue, profitability
- Coaching and development of strong engineering organization (leads, managers), being a role model
- Existing business development
- Developing in-house expertise in modern technologies and frameworks
- Presenting GlobalLogic to the world (speaking at conferences, writing articles, etc.)
