UX/UI Designer - Remote

Wildix is looking for a UX/UI Designer to design software and platforms that meet people’s needs. You will combine interfaces and workflows to enhance the user experience. In this role, you should be an analytical and creative designer who is able to grasp user needs and solve problems. A strong portfolio of successful UX/UI and other technical projects is essential. Ultimately, you will make our product more user-friendly and intuitive to attract and retain customers.

Responsibilities:

• Translate product specifications into outstanding UX/UI designs
• Ideate, brainstorm, and participate in discovery sessions
• Develop and improve design system for the UC&C SAAS product
• Develop wireframes and prototypes solving customer needs
• Proactively research competitor products and industry trends
• Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback
• Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers
• Work with the product team and customers to gather insights

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Product Designer, UI/UX Designer, or similar role
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in UI\UX
• At least 3 high-quality complex projects in the portfolio over the last years 
• Strong knowledge of modern design principles and guidelines
• Experience working on the UX of a product in collaboration with dev. team
• Strong portfolio of design projects
• Expertise and proficiency with Figma
• Understanding Human Interface / Material design guidelines
• Experience and ability to use Atomic Design Methodology
• Good and team-friendly soft skills
• English B2
