CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• University degree
• 3-year-experience in HR, including 1 year in IT
• English: Upper-Intermediate 
• Be a kind, intelligent, smart, empathetic, well-balanced, and affectionate person

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain a friendly atmosphere in the company
• Ensure the onboarding process
• Supervise, organize and conduct employee performance reviews
• Be responsible for carrying out exit interviews
• Create and maintain a comfortable environment in the office
• Organize and coordinate corporate events
• Assist with implementing the company’s internal marketing strategy
• Process business trip arrangements
• Prepare and submit reports
