Support manager (Hindi)

Hi, future Colleague!

An international company PIN-UP.SUPPORT, which is actively expanding, needs a support agent who speaks Hindi + English (preference to those who have Russian language skills as well).

Our client, whom we provide support service is betting&gambling.

Responsibilities will include:

• answer clients' inquires via online chat English + Hindi;
• assist customers regarding website usability;
• solve customers' issues which they may face during their client’s experience;
• build long-term relationships with Clients;
• provide clients with current information on current offers/promotions of the company.

What do you need to work with us:

• Hindi and English language skills both written and spoken;
• High-level computer skills;
• А workplace with good quality Internet;
• PC/laptop with Windows 10.
