Test Automation Engineer (Automotive domain)

We help the client to sell engines, spare parts, merchandise, etc. by developing eCom Web Shops.

In order to speed up the whole development process, it was decided to design and develop an eCom Core platform that enables easier and faster development of eCom Web Shops by using a vast predefined functionality that can be just reused.

Required skills:

• 3+ years of experience with manual and automated testing
• At least 2 years of experience in developing automation tests for web-oriented projects
• Experience working in an Agile/SCRUM environment
• Good understanding of the development processes
• Good knowledge and experience using Test Design techniques
• At least good knowledge of test automation specifics, approaches, tools, etc.
• Strong knowledge and experience with Visual Studio, C#, Selenium, and Specflow
• Good technical knowledge and hands-on experience at least with XPath, CSS selectors, XML, SQL (CRUD, JOINs), LINQ expressions in C#
• Proven ability to follow project's UI Tests framework style
• Experience with JMeter: create scripts using a recorder, like BlazeMeter, edit scenarios using variables, regex, or similar experience
• The ability to create/edit a dashboard in Grafana is a plus
• At least Intermediate spoken and written English

Responsibilities:

• Designing, developing, and maintaining UI and Performance test automation scripts
• Reviewing and analyzing test execution results, issues reporting
• Researching issues in software through testing
• Effective collaboration with the development team to achieve acceptable results
