Quality Manager

We are in need of a skilled Quality Manager with a good background in ISO 9001 and the ability to support the Quality Management Systems of an IT Company. As a Quality Manager, you will be maintaining existing QMS, monitoring fulfillment of QMS requirements, and advising on the performance of the quality management system.

Requirements:

At least 2 years of quality management, preferably in the IT field

Understanding of ISO9001:2015, certification is desirable

Experience in reports preparation, working with numbers, KPIs, and stats

At least Intermediate level of English

Responsibilities:

Audit and assessment of quality management system. Initiating and leading improvement to the system

Maintenance of the integrity of quality management system. Making sure documentation, process descriptions, policies, manuals correspond to each other

Collecting quality measurements from key business processes, consolidation, and preparation of analytical executive reports

Performing quality audits, creating audit reports

Identifying nonconformities, recording them

Administering CAPA storage and cultivating continuous improvements process

Development of documentation, templates, process descriptions, and manuals
