Technical Support Engineer (Automotive, night shifts)

We are working on a project for the Swedish engineering and development center that supports future C-segment cars. Engineers support connectivity service with operations and monitoring as a supplement to the daily business for the client’s European market.

Responsibilities:

• Providing 2nd level technical support services on a 24/7 basis
• Securing that the agreed levels of service are met according to the Service Level Agreement (SLA)
• Monitoring of Infrastructure and Integrations to other systems
• Incident and escalation reporting
• Maintaining and developing positive relationships with customers and colleagues

Requirements:

• Knowledge of GCP tools
• Understanding of standard ITSM processes (log and report incidents/problem)
• At least Intermediate level of English
• Readiness for night shifts

Would be a plus:

• Understanding of Google Cloud Armor, Google Security Command Center, Google IAM, and MQTT & HTTPS
• Experience with open tracing standards, Kiali Service Mesh, and configuration
• General understanding of Kubernetes
• Understanding of tools such as: Grafana, Gitlab
• Experience with Ivanti Incident Management
