We're thrilled to expand our team even more with awesome people. This time, we're looking for an ambitious lawyer to join our team on a FULL-time basis.

JOB TITLE IS EXPECTED TO:

-   Drafting/reviewing all types of agreements, MSA, NDA, and other legal documents (English/Ukrainian/Russian);

-   Negotiations with customers and partners;

-   Legal support of the company’s operations;

-   Advising on different IP (including open-source) and tax matters;

-   Assisting to sales and other departments during the negotiation phase concerning contracts and approval thereof with clients/partners/suppliers;

-   Researching and evaluating different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations;

-   Preparation of applications for tenders and grants;

-   Arranging insurance certificate for company operations;

-   Advising team on security and IP issues.

REQUIREMENTS:

-   Higher education degree at law;

-   Proven track record of experience as IT Lawyer;

-   Areas of expertise: commercial and civil law, IP law, Data protection, Tax

-   Detail-oriented;

-   At least Upper-Intermediate level of English.
