Responsibilities:
- Works as Customer Service Engineer (Network Product).
- Handle Customer Requests related to Huawei Products.
- Troubleshooting and handling customer requests according to Ukraine Technical Dpt workflow and regulations.
- Accept Customer Request, Respond & resolve them quickly & effectively according to SLA.
- Preparation of network design (HLD/LLD) for new projects and implementation on commercial networks.
- If assigned, participate in Projects & acceptance testing Inside/outside of Ukraine
- Participate in meetings /Presentations within the TAC organization to provide technical perspective of designated Product line.
- 24?7 Support on emergency issues.
- Support remotely or on site for proactive maintenance activities.
- Permanent or contract 1 year (renewable) basis.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or above in Electronics Engineering (Majoring in Telecommunication preferred).
- Minimum 3 years' Customer support/ project experience in telecommunication equipment with equipment installation, commissioning and maintenance experience for IcT products; Able to design, commission and test network equipment for communications equipment and also able to formulate technical implementation plans for equipment engineering/maintenance/professional services independently
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills who will interact with customers, and field engineer on a daily basis. Effectively communicated with junior-level customers about technical solutions, project plans, progress, and so on, and obtained customer support and recognition.
- Strong knowledge on Network Product/Technology Skills:
Datacom:
- Deep knowledge of network protocols (VLAN, STP/RSTP/MSTP, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP stack, BGP,MP-BGP,OSPF, ISIS, MPLS, LDP, RSVP-TE, L2/L3 VPN).Understanding of working mechanism of each protocol is required.
- Security (L2 security, ACL, traffic balancing). Working with Firewalls (security policies and its mechanisms) will be an advantage.
- QoS (traffic prioritization)
- Knowledge of “last mile” technologies such as xDSL and GPON) will be an advantage
- Experienced and involved in Datacomm Network maintenance and project implementation will be advantage.
- Analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving skills are necessary. Able to performed analysis to lead issue locating and demarcation and resolved complex product level technical issues related to Network products (Router, Switches, Firewall etc) independently.
- Excellent written, verbal and telephone communication skills are essential, at least Russian and English.
- Mobile and flexible, willing to travel when required
- Having the HCIA/HCIP/HCIE or CCNA/CCNP/CCIE will be an advantage
