Due to our company growth we are looking for aProject Manager.

You will:

• Create and implement the project development strategy and financial goals (resource assessment, task allocation, roadmapping, reporting) together with the product manager
• Perform business analysis: challenges, opportunities and solutions for the production team
• Measure and improve the production process (timely identification of bottlenecks in production processes, development and implementation of solutions to eliminate them)
• Manage the technical team, people management to achieve business goals
• Implement strategy and financial goals (resource assessment, task allocation, roadmapping, reports)
• Set KPIs and responsibility for delivery processes (implementation of the product within certain limits: deadlines, quality standards, budget)

Our candidate has:

• Successful experience in analyzing and describing business processes «As Is» and building processes «To Be,» evaluating the effectiveness of implemented «To Be» processes
• Proven record of design, development and implementation of efficiency-increasing approaches
• Successful managerial experience (2+ years) is a must
• Excellent communication and interaction skills
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• To be both detail-oriented and a big picture thinker
• Upper-intermediate English
• Understands Scrum, Lean or Kanban methodologies (frameworks)
• Advanced Excel user
