Compliance analyst

Project Description

Compliance Analyst will report to the Compliance Officer and assist with third party management process (Know Your Client/Supplier), review of compliance with the key corporate policies of the company, verification of data and other projects that are part of the overall compliance program.

Responsibilities

• - Work with established processes and assist with enhancing compliance programs in separate business segments
  - Assist with implementation of the third party risk management process, including its partial automation
  - Collect and analyze relevant data and maintain the company's compliance databases and registries
  - Support with retaining all required documents
  - Additional duties as assigned
  - Working hours will be set to coordinate with the main office in the Eastern Time Zone

Skills

Must have

• • At least 3-5 years of relevant compliance experience
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and complete projects on time
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer skills
  • Adaptability and flexibility
  • Ability to work well under pressure

Nice to have

• - Legal Degree
  - Experience with FCPA, other anti-corruption laws, sanctions compliance
