- Luxoft is currently in the process of adding a Senior Legal Counsel with into our legal team to be based in our Kiev office. The successful incumbent will have responsibility for a broad range of legal and commercial matters with personal data protection orientation.
- Responsibilities:- Preparing and drafting agreements, contracts, and other legal documents to ensure the company's full legal rights;
• Addressing issues on data protection in accordance with Ukrainian legislation keeping in mind GDPR
• Reviewing contracts and other legal documents;
• Researching legal issues and recommending revisions where necessary;
• Providing clarification on legal language or specifications to everyone in the organization;
• Researching and evaluating different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations;
• Applying effective risk management techniques and offering proactive advice on possible legal issues.
• Giving accurate and timely counsel to the managing director, delivery managers in a variety of legal topics
• Collaborating with delivery managers to devise efficient strategies to reach business goals
• Monitor compliance to the internal policies and procedures - Mandatory Skills Description:• Law Degree from high-ranked University
• Min 6 years of professional experience
• Analytical ability

• Time management - Nice-to-Have Skills:• Certification on personal data protection
