Project Description

A new in-vehicle infotainment (IVI) project for German premium carmaker at Luxoft Automotive Division. There is a wide range of applications provides by domains for the Head Unit, such as Tuner, Player, etc. The project life-cycle is covering all the stages from design to development and delivery to the client. The project team works in tight collaboration with one of the premium OEMs in the world and is located in Germany and Ukraine. You will have the opportunity to be part of the team that is developing functionality for the most technologically advanced cars in the world.

Responsibilities

• Coach the team and empower them.
  Help the team to develop an agile mindset, to live and work according the agile values and principles.
  Help the team members to be able to make a fair commitment, with a decent challenge but without over-committing themselves to what they can achieve in a sprint without cutting quality corners.
  Help external stakeholders to understand the consequences of unplanned interrupts to the team to avoid productivity losses.
  
  Lead team surveys to find out the team's status and well being.
  Escalate issues or dependencies that need to be resolved together with other teams to get rid of impediments that prevents the team from working efficiently.
  
  Work inside an intercultural team of many layers and competencies around software engineer, Architecture and development. The team is extended by Quality Engineering, Testing, Technical writers, Product Management.

Skills

Must have

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Communication Technology or a comparable qualification
  Agile development principles
  Scrum experience
  Agile planning using Atlassian JIRA
  Challenges and constraints within automotive domain Scaling agile development into larger organizations.
  Excellent English proficiency; German proficiency is a plus
  Excellent analytical skills and an independent, structured and target-oriented approach to work
  Personal initiative, commitment and resilience
  Well-developed communication and teamwork skills
  Enjoy working in international teams
  High degree of flexibility
