
Project Description:
Luxoft is looking for a talanted performance marketing specliast to join our marketing team. You will be responsible for generating B2B traffic from Tier 1 countries and B2E traffic from Eastern Europe.
You will closely collaborate with copywriters, marketing specialists and designers.
Responsibilities:
Develop paid campaigns strategies (Search ads and Display ads)
Launch, manage and optimize campaigns in Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Xing, Bing
Plan budget and edit bids to achieve better ROI
Set up analytics and analyze PPC campaigns results
Track KPIs and provide regular reporting on the effectiveness and generate ideas of the campaigns improvement
Test and offer additional platforms that will generate us relevant traffic
Mandatory Skills Description:
3+ years of proven experience in setting up paid campiagns for US / EU regions
Upper-intermediate / Advanced English
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Excel, Google Data Studio and other analytical tools
Data-driven and analytical thinking with a proactive attitude to work
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Experience in the IT outsourcing industry
Great experience with configuring data tracking and analytics tools
Passion for digital ecosystems and constantly tracking the latest insights in your industry
