- Project Description: The aim of the position is to provide an expertise in staff assessment and development activities, as well as designing, implementing and driving changes in talent development practices across the company.
- Responsibilities:
• Lead and support global talent assessment practices (DISC, 360 feedback and others)
• Support HR BPs in implementation and usage of HR CoE services
• Development\upgrade of internal policies related to HR practices (onboarding, performance management, talent assessment&development)
• Support of HR CoE communication activities (update of services description, preparation of articles on internal site, preparation of presentations)
• Ensure quality of reporting (Country\Global level)
• Monitoring key trends of employees assessment & development
• Develop new HR CoE services\methodologies (creation of frameworks and related materials)
• Prepare & conduct learning\presentation sessions with HR BP and Delivery representatives (in English) - Mandatory Skills Description:
• 3-5 years of experience in performance management and talent development areas
• Experience in conducting trainings
• Very good command of MS Office tools (PP, Word, Excel)
• Command of HR systems (Cornerstone, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday or others)
• Experience in learning & development and organizational design
• Project management experience
• Communication & collaboration
• Training skills
• Analytical skills
• Negotiations - Nice-to-Have Skills:- HR certificate preferred
