UI/UX Designer

We are Raise.Band! We are a US-oriented product company proficient in a competitive niche of academic consultancy. We specialize in web development, design & SEO, besides out team crafts unique tools and tech solutions for business processes automation.

Our development team lacks a UI/UX designer, we are looking for someone who can be a great addition to our small team.

Take a look at the checklist below, and if you can mark most of the points below – we will be happy to consider your candidacy:

• You have 1+ year of commercial experience.
• You can show some of your projects on production.
• You understand what OMS, CMS, LMS are without googling it.
• You open your laptop and the first thing you see is Figma.
• The conception of the word “disorder” irritates you.
• You know what UI kit is.
• You understand or at least have a clue how to work with out-of-the-box design systems (Antdesign, MUI).
• Your English is at least at the level “I can write without spelling mistakes”.
• You are not afraid to ask questions and you want to learn something new to develop as a professional.

Your primary duties will, of course, include creating interface designs. Other than that, you will have to:

• Cooperate with the team to improve and refine UI/UX of the product. You will mostly cooperate with PM/BA on the stage of wireframing.
• Be in the trend of modern solutions and apply them to your designs, or to previously done designs.
• Create A/B designs and merge them once you get the feedback.
• Create UI/UX design solutions to satisfy business requirements and solve business problems.
