Marketing Automation Specialist

Viseven Team is looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist, who will work within marketing automation platform to setup and execute digital campaigns and Journeys. 

Responsibilities:

• Work within marketing automation platforms 
• Design and construct Customer Journeys in Marketing Automation tools
• Build and execute email campaigns assuring best outcomes
• Create and execute campaigns using other channels (sms, messengers, ect)
• Work within ready-made assets for adding personalization and for testing
• Collaborate with the Campaign manager, who is responsible for the effectiveness of all campaigns, to streamline the workflow
• Provide consultations on technical questions about digital channels and campaigns
• Create segments in marketing automation platform based on the given criteria
• Participate in the process of creation integrated IT Omnichannel eco-system for clients
• Monitor marketing campaigns for timely detection of bugs and errors
• Prepare initial reports on campaign results

Requirements:

• 3+ year of experience in digital marketing
• Knowledge in email marketing. Experience with at least one ESP (Mailchimp, GetResponse, SendPulse, eSputnik, ect.)
• Experience with other communication channels is a plus 
• Basic knowledge of HTML and Excel
• General understanding of digital marketing tools and services integration (API, databases) 
• Systems thinking and willingness to dive into technical details
• Proactive life position and desire to constantly learn and develop
• Team player who is able to create and maintain collaborative and inspiring work environment
• Intermediate English (speaking and writing).
